But when we’re too serious, something important gets lost. Play, spontaneity, the freedom to just be ourselves. 

At this Connection Playground, on the Fools Day, we’ll explore what happens when we loosen the grip a little. 

When we allow ourselves to laugh, be awkward and remember that we don’t need to be perfect. 

Through playful exercises and shared experiences, we’ll explore: 

  How humour and play can open the heart 

  Letting go of the need to look good or get it right 

  Finding ease and lightness in connection with others 

Expect laughter, a bit of delightful awkwardness, and moments that remind you how good it feels to simply be human together.

This is an invitation to drop the masks and facades, to see and be seen in your true essence. Here, we explore what opens our hearts and what closes them, peeling away the layers to find out who we truly are. 

With this openness comes a beautiful freedom, a sense of relaxation and ease that allows us to live with our hearts full and open. 

Through interactive exercises and guided practices, you’ll experience how vulnerability and presence can unlock richer, more meaningful relationships, whether you’re single or partnered. 

This is open to all genders and orientations. Come as you are, and together, let’s discover the beauty of real intimacy. 

The event happens on Wednesdays once a month and the content each month is completely different.
