Connection Playground – Tantric Breathwork

Join us for a powerful evening of Tantric Breathwork—an embodied journey into the ecstatic energy that lives within you.

This isn’t about talking. It’s about feeling, breathing, and opening. Through simple yet profound tantric breath techniques, you’ll connect to the natural flow of life force energy in your body—the same energy that connects us to each other and to the universe itself.

This session is about making love to life, to existence, to the universe—without touch and fully clothed.

You’ll be guided to awaken your own ecstatic energy, feeling more alive, open, and surrendered to love.

Whether you’re single or in relationship, this practice will support you in:

Activating your life force energy

Opening your heart through the body, not the mind

Feeling deeply connected while staying grounded and safe

Surrendering into deeper love and aliveness

This evening is different from our other Connection Playground sessions. We’ll move beyond words and explore through the body, through breath, through presence.

There’s no requirement for touch, and you’ll remain fully clothed throughout.

Welcome to Connection Playground, a space to connect and dive deep into the art of authentic connection.

This is an invitation to drop the masks and facades, to see and be seen in your true essence. Here, we explore what opens our hearts and what closes them, peeling away the layers to find out who we truly are.

With this openness comes a beautiful freedom, a sense of relaxation and ease that allows us to live with our hearts full and open.

Through interactive exercises and guided practices, you’ll experience how vulnerability and presence can unlock richer, more meaningful relationships, whether you’re single or partnered.

This is open to all genders and orientations. Come as you are, and together, let’s discover the beauty of real intimacy.

The event happens on Mondays once a month and the content each month is completely different.

Meet Your Hosts:

Tarisha Tourok

I'm a trauma-informed relationship and sacred sexuality therapist. With a couple of postgraduate degrees in counselling and psychotherapy, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of incredible humans on their journey towards rediscovering their confidence, creating deep intimacy, and feeling whole. I’m trained in women-centred coaching, which means I truly understand the unique challenges and complexities that women face when it comes to their bodies and sexuality.

I've designed a holistic approach known as the Sexually Empowered Radiant Woman method. This method doesn't just enhance your sex life; it also boosts your confidence, helps you feel radiant no matter your age, shape or size, and lets you shine in your everyday life.

My passion is to empower humans to live their absolute best, joyful and self-expressed lives. I firmly believe in cherishing and celebrating our bodies, and I practice it through activities like hot yoga, mountain biking, swimming, and salsa dancing.

Diana Gentle

Diana Gentle is the instigator and facilitator of many workshops in New Zealand over the past 20 years. Ranging from a weekend residential workshop, Divine Fire, to shorter ones including Energy of Anger, Inner Child Connection, Parenting Positively, Four Handed Massage, and created Conscious Connection and Boundaries after being invited to facilitate at Bliss Festival in Ireland a few years ago.

She has gone on to run this many times in the UK at various festivals and retreats. A playful, experiential workshop learning about boundaries through the *wheel of consent (*Betty Martin) and dropping into presence with ourselves and others with safe nurturing touch. Being clear about what we desire and how to communicate our desires allows us to be authentic. Connection with ourselves and others brings us feeling fully alive in our body.

Diana is a deeply compassionate and inclusive being who is passionate about sharing the joy of being alive and opening ourselves to bliss grounded in safe connection.
