Connection Playground - Tantric Breath

Join us for a powerful evening of Tantric Breathwork—an embodied journey into the ecstatic energy that lives within you. 

 Through simple yet profound tantric breath techniques, you’ll connect to the natural flow of life force energy in your body—the same energy that connects us to each other and to the universe itself. 

 This session is about making love to life, to existence, to the universe. Without touch and fully clothed. 

You’ll be guided to awaken your own ecstatic energy, feeling more alive, open and surrendered to love. 

 Whether you’re single or in relationship, this practice will support you in: 

  Activating your life force energy 

  Opening your heart 

  Feeling deeply connected while staying grounded and safe 

  Surrendering into deeper love and aliveness 

 We’ll move beyond words and explore through the body, breath and presence. There’s no requirement for touch, and you’ll remain fully clothed throughout. 

 What to bring: 

Yoga mat (you’ll be lying down at times) 

Cushions and blankets (make yourself comfy!) 

An open heart and a willingness to explore

This is open to all genders and orientations. Come as you are, and together, let’s discover the beauty of real intimacy. 

The event happens on Mondays once a month and the content each month is completely different.
