    $100 is non-refundable upon payment. 50% is refundable if cancelled before 1st February 2026. 25% refundable if cancelled before 15th February 2026. After 15th February 2026, 100% is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to Gods and Goddesses playing up with the weather, your investment is 100% refundable less $50 booking for the campground that I won’t be able to recover.
